As so many families are exhausted from restless nights at home, everything can feel overwhelming. So overwhelming that even brushing your teeth can feel like a huge task. And it would be easy for anyone who's not in your position to say, "Hey, don't be overwhelmed, everything is great!" However, that is not the case and if you and your loved ones have been missing countless nights of sleep for months or even many years then being overwhelmed is real.
When pursuing coverage for a zPod we are trying to do everything that we can to simplify the process and make it easier to understand and navigate.

When you are going through the process and trying to remember and follow the steps of pursuing coverage then you need to keep it very simple.
Let us share a quick story about a recent customer who was overwhelmed. They followed those 2 steps. They made a doctor's appointment and had the doctor complete the zPods Insurance Packet. They communicated with the DME Dealer in their area and sent them the zPods Insurance Packet.
However, after a few weeks they called the DME Dealer and said, "We can't do this anymore, it's too overwhelming and there are too many more steps.
The DME Dealer said, "No wait! The work on your end is already done. And by the way, the bed was approved!"
To summarize this thought, the individual completed the 2 main steps and felt overwhelmed when they did not understand that they did everything they needed to do. This is why when pursuing coverage for a zPod it is very important that you communicate with us whenever you get stuck or find yourself confused. And we get it. Like we stated, we know that so many people pursuing coverage are absolutely exhausted and may not have a lot of energy.

DME Dealer - Send the zPods Insurance Packet to the DME Dealer and they will submit it to your insurance provider to see if you can be covered for a zPod
